Machali ain’t going to give up her ‘meals on a rope’ for anybody, including the big brute of a tiger Sitara. Her Lakarda lair, a rocky valley of the ancient Aravelli hills, is still her territory and she guards it fiercely.
It’s tempting to try and get some free food aid off this grandma, but she is still no pushover. If attack is the best form of defence, this old girl takes it to heart, bounding up the rocky sides of the valley to push Sitara along and tell him to clear off. She's not having that greedy monster around here.
Machali is one feisty old tigress who deserves all the respect she gets.
